Will I ever need to upgrade my plan?
Nope! We have one plan with no lock in contract, unlimited users, unlimited contacts and access to ALL apps.
How do I see if ZUMO is right for me?
We suggest to book a call with our team, they can showcase the different features and give a feel for what ZUMO could do for your business.
Do you offer a trial?
We offer your first 30 days at $29. This gives you complete access, and a chance to trial the software. If it isn't right for you, you can cancel at any time with no extra charge.
Are there any additional fees?
Pay-as-you-go applies for SMS, Emails & some other optional features. Visit our pricing page to see full breakdown.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes! Some ZUMO clients have multiple accounts, such as franchises. Otherwise, you're able to add as many users as you like to one account if you prefer.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. Once cancelled, your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
